Dr. Benard Monte Ongwae brings over 20 years of experience across oil, gas, petrochemicals, industrial engineering and mega-project delivery.

His background includes refinery start-up leadership, petrochemical process-safety authority roles, integrated QRA coordination, CCPS 20-element RBPS implementation, PSM competency development and EPC HSSE assurance across multi-contractor environments.
